Are you ready to say goodbye to old patterns, habits, and cycles? Is unresolved trauma, depression and anxiety impacting your life and relationships?

"Giving myself a chance to figure out why I was stuck in gear and repeating the same old tired patterns was the best thing I ever did. Not only are you compassionate, you worked with me to make sure I stayed on track."

If you or a loved one have been stuck in a frustrating cycle, you know how maddening it can be. It can start to drain you of energy, of joy, and make you question everything.

As experienced therapists, we know first hand that no one is exempt from challenges and hurts - rich or poor, sick or healthy, male or female, educated or not - everyone needs help along the way and seeking support is nothing to feel ashamed of.

Reaching out takes courage and I commend your efforts in finding the support you need at this juncture in your life.

At GCS we work with clients who are healing from unresolved trauma due to early physical, emotional and sexual abuse, addiction, heartbreak, depression, divorce, stress, a sense of emptiness, anger, anxiety, and other challenges. It is not unusual to hear a new client say, "I don't want to live in the past, I just want to forget and move on!"

While it is not healthy to live in the past, the past lives in us until we are ready to take some focused time for self care and build insight in order to heal and move forward in unpacking the hurt once and for all. The good news is that therapy is not supposed to last forever - counseling is a season of support. With encouragement, focus and commitment, you can move forward!

"I was scared and confused about facing some past issues that were interfering in my life and marriage, you were so kind, supportive and focused. Thank you for helping me heal and grow...I am grateful."

We are experienced and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapists. We specialize in working with people who are struggling to regain hope, perspective; to finally let go of old patterns and habits that create pain, anxiety, shame, depression and anger.

Providing our clients with a focused action plan and tools that they put to use right away is important to us. We are not bobble head therapists! We believe that clients should expect to see growth and change in their lives when doing this work.
